Written by Margot Lee Shetterly, Hidden Figures, details the stories of the Black Women who worked for NASA and helped to get the US to space in order to win The Space Race.

The Great Gatsby

The novel, written by Scott F. Fitzgerald, takes the reader on the winding path that is the elusive Gatsby. A great book to read if you enjoy a little bit of mystery and a lot of glitz and glamour.

If you enjoy novels about dystopian societies the Fahrenheit 451 is the perfect book for you. Written by Ray Bradbury, this novel details a world in which books are illegal and every single one has to be burned out of existence.

The Kite Runner

The novel, written by Khaled Hosseini details the experience of a young boy as he escapes his home of Afghanistan while it becomes a war zone. It follows him from his childhood up until adulthood and the lessons he learns throughout his lifetime.
